Meetings minutes are taken during each General POA Meeting and then submitted to each Board Member for review. Board Members are then given the opportunity to amend or approve them. Once the meeting minutes have been approved, they will be posted here and available to Bay City Property Owners.
 

When are General POA meetings held? Bay City holds these meetings quarterly. You may refer to the community calendar for dates of upcoming meetings.
